Spacious, easy-access home (sleeps 10). Short walk to downtown Harlan with restaurants, shops, bars, movie, etc. Nicely furnished main level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, large kitchen/dining/living, laundry, & bath. Walk-out deck. 2 desks for remote workers. Large carpeted basement, not yet completely finished & furnished, has 2 double beds, new bedroom with 1 queen bed & new bathroom. Egress windows for safety & light. Two refrigerators in home. Big garage with new ping-pong table.

Harlan Iowa Stay

The stay went well. Great place for gatherings with family. Very well equipped kitchen. Outdoor patios were quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Iowa Wedding Reception

We enjoyed our stay in Harlan. It was conveniently located to all the areas we had to get to. The accommodations served us well and everyone had their own space.

Birthday party

The house was a perfect location for us to celebrate Mom’s 99th birthday. Plenty of space and areas for 60 party guests to hangout and not feel crowded.

Petersen family reunion

We had a great visit but missed clock so we bought one for living area. Also brought carbon minoxide and left it for you. Did not sit on patio-view on VBRO looked wonderful but view of homes were not. Niece owns commercial clea n com and had to clean pubic hair from main bath. Otherwise we loved 50=60 feel of home. Warm and cosy. We also have home we rent out in Mt but property management hires cleaners. Sorry I messed up on dates. Turned future bookings to youngins in their 60's! Loved your welcome info and book but did not have time to write in it. Niece did. But yes I would book again because I love old Harlan neighborhoods. a. petersen

Great space

Thanks for giving us ample space for everyone to stay during our wedding anniversary celebration! The house was perfect for what we needed for our extended family to stay together and spend time catching up. Thank you!
