Great neighborhood. Very safe and convenient even though it is just outside the city and in a bit more of a rural setting, there are grocery stores, shopping, and dining less than 10 minutes away.

Having your own transportation is highly recommended. Uber and Lyft may come, but expect delays.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
