Perfect for a family or couple, this single-floor home can accommodate up to 6 guests and is suitable for everyone. The second bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet space. The third bedroom has a queen bed, plus a desk area for those working on the road. There is a second full bathroom off the hallway. Our villa is centrally located with a quick walk or golf cart ride to Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club (3 executive courses and 3 9-hole championship courses), Pool & Tennis Courts. In addition, within a quick cart ride, you'll find easy shopping at Publix or Walgreens, plenty of dining options, an outdoor workout park and the newly constructed First Responders Recreation center. A golf cart is included with all rentals. For your convenience, there is no smoking allowed and no pets.
