Shark bedroom is upstairs and features a Queen bed and a 50" Roku TV. ☆ The Loft is
for your little fishes upstairs and will enjoy 2 twin beds, a 50" Roku
TV and a game/dining table.
☆ The second bathroom is upstairs and features a tub/shower combo.
☆ All bedrooms have a fan and an extra blanket for personal comfort.

KITCHEN, LIVING AREA and OUTDOOR SPACE

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. This property is not pet friendly. Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed. Guests in violation of these rules will receive financial penalties and risk cancellation of their reservation.

-There are 3 outdoor cameras that record sound/motion 24-7. One is at the front door, one is in the driveway and one at the back patio/sliding door off the living area.

-Home is treated quarterly for pest control.

-If you use our beach towels, we ask that they are washed and placed in the dryer upon check out. Thank you.
