Outstanding property - needed a 1/2 way point between Baton Rouge and Natchez for balloon festival travel. Great property, hot water, clean, comfy, safe! Will stay again.

Great for our needs

My wife and I wanted a lace that we could spend a couple days doing what I love… fishing, and doing what she loves…. Shopping in not too far off Natchez, and this place was perfect!

Quaint and Cozy Cottage

We checked in after dark and had a little trouble finding the house. A friendly neighbor happened to be outside and took us right to it. Very quaint and cozy cottage. We all 6 slept comfortably. It was perfect for our one-night stay after driving 12 hours on our return trip home. Would stay again!

unhappy customer

We’ve used VRBO exclusively for travel. This was no doubt the worst experience. The place had a very strong nasty smell like 1970’s house deodorizer. The kitchen was dirty. The oven is crusted with burnt spills and usage with no cleaning. There are wires everywhere for lamps. I could only use one burner that didn’t smoke from burnt food spillage. The front entrance was disgusting with black wet gunck on floor as well as the door is filthy. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO this horrible. Very upset that I paid the price I did. VRBO’s integrity is definitely on the line with this one. Very disappointed customer. I have plenty of photos to share if VBRO is interested.

1. No complaints were made until after check out. 2. I did request and review photos. I did acknowledge some issues, if she would have contacted me upon arrival I could have resolved some of the issues. 4. My cabin was left, by the guest, with 3 days of dirty dishes in the sink and 3 days of garbage stuffed in the kitchen garbage can. 5. The guest also removed her name from the review and put only the letters bbb bbbb. therefore I cannot warn any other host about her 6. I offered 1 night free stay if she wished to stay again and it was returned with very ugly and negative comments.
