気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Not habitable We could not stay there
We could not stay at this accommodation at as it was in an unacceptable condition.
Issues with the accommodation were as follows:
• There was no linen (bed sheets, or doona covers) for any of the beds.
• One bed had broken slats and the mattress was smaller than the bed frame.
• Stained mattresses
• There was a musty uncleaned odour to the whole apartment.
• Glass cooktop had a broken corner and oven was dirty. There were other dirty/rusty appliances on the kitchen bench.
• Fridge – no freezer door, uncleaned freezer with piled up ice in one corner and fridge appeared warm and dirty
• Lounge corner sofa, dirty and stained and badly worn (it looked like concrete but was just very worn leather on closer inspection). Fabric was badly stained.
• The whole apartment was worn and unpleasant
We rang the provided telephone of the property manager on 4 occasions, leaving messages, and requesting linen. Disappointingly there were no responses.
We then left a message that we would be vacating the premises. We would have been there for approx. 20 mins.
The website photos do not accurately represent the state of the accommodation. Very misleading.
We were there 20 minutes and then left looking for other accommodation.
Extremely disappointing.
