- These are FOUR separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old;

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$29.49/night/per unit and check-in fee of $52.36 per reservation will be collected, these are not included in the daily rate.

- Starting July 7 through August, there will be a waterproofing project near the Heliconia 1 Building (1500), with work scheduled Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Some construction noise may be heard across the property. Laundry room access in the Bougainvillea Building (2000) may be briefly impacted during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these important improvements.
