This listing is specifically for a hotel room located within a hotel, distinguishing it from typical residential or apartment accommodations.

- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of USD 27.50/night/unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate. 

- The front handicap ramp will be demolished and rebuilt, with work expected to take 6-8 weeks. Construction noise may occur from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Thank you for your understanding.

- The pool and hot tub are currently closed until further notice due to ongoing repairs.
