One king master bedroom suite, 1 guest bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter, breakfast nook and a dining room table. There is a table set outside in the lanai as well. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as an attached two car garage.

There is an additional OPTIONAL $750 membership transfer fee that will give you the ability to use all of the community amenities (golf not included)

$200HOA mandatory application fee is NOT included in the booking price. You will be emailed an HOA application that will need to be filled out and mailed directly to the HOA with a check payment.

HOA fees may change without notice and owner nor management company is responsible.

Upon booking, will draft a lease that will need to be submitted with the HOA application.
