When it's time to treat yourself to a well-deserved vacation away from home, there is no better retreat than this private, two-story getaway perched in the hills above downtown Baraboo! This splendid retreat feels secluded, yet it's close to several attractions. You are within easy walking distance of downtown’s many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques, as well as Circus World, the Baraboo Riverwalk, and Ochsner Park Zoo. By car, you are within a short drive of many fantastic year-round attractions, including Devil's Lake, Wisconsin Dells, Lake Wisconsin, International Crane Foundation, skiing at Cascade Mountain, and Devil’s Head Resort.

This adorable hillside cottage has charming architecture and a view of downtown Baraboo and the bluffs. The beautifully decorated living area provides you with a fantastic spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Wind down on the designer sofas and stream movies and shows on the smart TV using your own accounts. When mealtime comes, you will be thrilled with the well-appointed chef's kitchen and stylish dining set designed by Blu Dot. The kitchen has gorgeous green cabinets throughout and all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a cute coffee area.

Outside, a tree-lined view deck offers a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink while taking in the scenery. There is also a hot tub next to an outdoor dining patio with a view of downtown Baraboo and the bluffs. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor.

Things to Know

As of April 2025, there is a built-in AC system using mini-splits with wall units in each bedroom as well as common areas.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
