This home near Gore Pass is the perfect hub for endless mountain adventures and exploration. Our beautiful house on the hill is located only 12 miles from downtown Kremmling and surrounded by some of Colorado's most coveted National Forrest and outdoor recreation areas. Breath taking views from the living room and porch.

You will have the house to yourself. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bonus room, 2 full bathrooms. Living room looks out on the amazing views all around. Deck is a great place to hang out and enjoy the fire pit. Grill included.

PETS: Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted with pre-approval. There is a $25 per night, per pet fee. Please notify the host when submitting your booking request if you will be bringing a dog.

In the Spring/Summer/Fall

In the Home

The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating for the whole family. There is a variety of board games and a large smart TV. Just off of the living area is a large attached deck, great for outdoor dinning or happy hour.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table or the breakfast bar.

One bedroom is furnished with a new queen bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom is located off the great room to be convenient to all. A bonus room is furnished with an additional queen bed. Each bedroom has a new bed, smart TV and plenty of closet space. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom.

Extra perks include full size washer and dryer, gas grill and plenty of private, off street parking for nearly any size vehicle.
