BRAND NEW fully renovated 3 bed 2.5 bath house located in Alamo Ranch. Safe and secure cul-de-sac. Dog Park next door. Gorgeous zero-scape backyard with lighting, speakers, gazebo, and hot-tub. Brand new interior with arcade video games in living room. Guest bedroom has 3 twin beds-great for the kiddos. Mounted smart TVs in each bedroom w/ streaming. Great work at home scenario w/ workstation & super-fast wi-fi. Open concept kitchen w/ coffee bar & sightlines to living room and backyard oasis.

We're here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.


This community has numerous amenities available for residents to enjoy. A major benefit for families that come to this community is that there are many great parks and playgrounds and dog parks nearby. Located in the Alamo Ranch suburb Gramercy Village on super safe cul-de-sac. Near 6 Flags, Sea World, and Lackland Airfare base. Short 30 minute drive to downtown San Antonio.

The beautiful windows create an inviting vibe in the light-filled living room. Spend a quiet evening curled up on a sectional sofa and watch movies on the mounted smart TV with YouTube TV, Prime, & Disney included!

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up favorite recipes, including a complete set of full-size appliances and a large collection of gadgets and cooking tools.

BED & BATH

Two and one half bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, which is appointed with hotel-quality linens. . The en-suite bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take your pick of sun or shade in this gorgeous zero-scape backyard with lighting, speakers, gazebo and hot-tub.

Pet Fee's: There is a $64 pet fee added to your rent for your first pet. This fee is fixed, regardless of the duration of your stay. Any additional pets are charged separately at $12/ per night per pet.

First girls trip

We were looking for a spot to stay where us moms could enjoy ourselves without the children. Perfect area close to lots of stores and restaurants and easy access getting to the riverwalk. The hot tub was amazing to wind down in after exploring. We would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was perfect, had everything we needed. It’s decorated nicely, very clean, kitchen was well stocked, etc. We had my mother, sister, niece, daughter and my husband and I (and our 20 lb mini Australian Shepherd ). We had more than enough room. The back yard is adorable, it was too hot for us to enjoy the hot tub, but it was in great shape! We were 30 minutes or so from Lackland for our son’s Air Force graduation and he even got to come back and spend a day with us. The games on the walls were a hit!!We will definitely stay here again when we come back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
