Welcome! This is our beautiful Private home. 4 Bed/5 Bath, Includes large deck overlooking the miami River with a private dock and Hotel cleaning service.
The space
The dock has a stainless steel BBQ, furniture perfect for sunbathing and a Jacuzzi. First floor has a spacious living room combined with the dinning area, completed with an island countertop for the kitchen. Second floor has the 3 bedrooms; the 2 guest rooms and the Master bed and bath. There is also a lounge room that an be turned into a family room or a room for relaxation. Lastly, the 3rd floor has the washer/dryer and the last guest room with bathroom.
We also offer a complimentary Hotel Cleaning service. During your stay, we have a cleaning service come once a day for one hour and clean any desired areas. Tip at your own discretion.
Location is very safe and quiet. There is enough parking to fit 3 cars in the driveway but after that there is only street parking available. 15 min drive to South beach and is in the heart of Wynwood, Midtown, and Brickell.
