Victorian home built in 1895, walk to downtown shops, restaurants, Oregon Shakespeare Fest. and Lithia Park. Private suite w/ sunroom, bedroom, bathroom and private entrance. Eco-friendly, hypoallergenic operation.
30 min to Mt. A. Ski area, 10 min to hiking and mountain biking. 5 min. to Jackson Wellsprings.
DOG FRIENDLY, small fenced front yard, 1 mile to dog park. Walkable to downtown

Queen size bed with pillow top, and pull-out couch in sunroom. Shower and bathtub. Coffee and tea. Hot and cold filtered water. Mini fridge. Coffee maker. Wine glasses. 37” Flatscreen TV with Netflix. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Energy efficient heating and AC unit. Full-length mirror. Armoire with hangers. Room darkening curtains. Sleep easy sound machine.

Hello...and welcome to the Jazzy B. My name is Ali and I am your host. I've lived in Oregon for over 35 years. Ashland has been my home since 2021. I love it here. Small town feel with the big city amenities. I love hosting and meeting new people. I am also a counselor and workshop facilitator. Love helping people. I love to write, cook, go to the theater, long walks, and play with animals.

I love that I'm less than a mile away from downtown. I can walk to dinner, plays, coffee houses, and wine bars. Ashland has something for everyone. Whether you like to ski, hike, or go to the theater. Multiple wineries within 15 minutes of the Jazzy B.

My little home is a slice of heaven. Built in 1895 it has a sweet history of feeding the people after work and caring for the workers children. People love it here.
