This is a beautiful new one bedroom bungalow with hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, microwave and dishwasher. This bungalow is in a prime location, a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival, restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to downtown shops. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Bed was comfortable.

It’s a cute little place. However the cleaner was over an hour late getting it ready for us. Len and amber both responded to our calls and actually showed up, but we were a bit rushed in our evening plans since we were late getting in. We were told it was done three different times and each time it wasn’t ready. It also is just in the middle of a parking lot-albeit the location is perfect for Shakespeare. The parking instructions online were not correct-it had us parking in the alley so when Len showed up we asked him and he seemed surprised that the instructions indicated parking wasn’t right in FRONT (not the side by the fence) . Bathroom is large but no counter space at all. I would recommend some sort of bench or cabinet. The ac units are a bit ugly and cumbersome. We didn’t need them and maybe in winter it would be nicer without them in the space. Overall it was good for a night.

Len provided me with an outdoor table and extra chairs so I could have dinner outside with my family because one had the flu. So wonderful to be able to socialize with everyone without risking getting the flu! House was very comfortable and well supplied. Close to downtown and hiking. Off street parking for one car. Thank you so much!!!

Len and Amber were wonderful hosts!They were very responsive to my inquiries and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were open to my suggestion to add night lights and genuinely showed how making their guests feel welcome and comfortable a top priority. We will be back!Beautiful home, great parking, close to everything!

Great location

Perfect spot. Great location near downtown. We parked at the cottage and didn't use the car all weekend. Walk to Shakespeare festival and lithia park. Plenty of restaurants and brunch spots nearby. We had a fantastic time and will rebook here in the future.

This was just what it said it would be! We wanted a place that was within walking distance of the festival and felt private. This ticked all the boxes. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Ashland!

perfect spot for birthday in Ashland

King size bed for the three of us is such a treat and we were walking distance to delicious food AND had a kitchen to well appointed we made our most of our own meals!
