If you stay with us during fair season, you can literally walk to the Texas State Fair. Just 5 min. drive to Downtown and Deep Ellum.


Up and coming neighborhood, with a mix of new builds and old homes. We know the neighbors on the street who have lived there for a long time with no issues and we have installed security cameras in the front. Walking distance to Fair Park, only 2 blocks to Dos Equis Pavilion, and Cotton Bowl, and only 5-7 minutes to Deep Ellum, Bishop Art District, Trinity Grove and Downtown Dallas

Built in 2021, this home comes with stainless steel appliances (including washer & dryer), quartz counter tops, flat screen television in the living room and master bedroom, and a small workspace in each room. The house is 2 stories, so be prepared to climb stairs since the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the only access into the house is through the one car garage.

This home is located in an older, urban neighborhood that’s going through some revitalization—so while it has character, you might notice a few rough edges. It’s a diverse area with friendly locals, but it may not be as polished as a suburban community. One of the neighbors has a dog that might bark occasionally—he’s just doing his job, and we appreciate your understanding!

The lowest temperature that the thermostat can accommodate is 70F.

Please also note the garage is a single-car garage and best suited for compact or mid-size vehicles. Larger vehicles like trucks or SUVs may not fit comfortably, but there’s additional street parking available.
