Welcome to our brand-new mountain guesthouse, a stunning retreat conveniently located within walking distance of the historical downtown Hayesville. If you're yearning for a tranquil getaway with a touch of history, spectacular mountain vistas, and modern comfort, this is the perfect destination for you.

Now is the perfect time to book as major additions have been made to the property amenities, with more to come soon. An outdoor seating area with a Solo Stove firepit has been added. The firepit is right in front of a beautiful pond with a fountain that will soon have fish added for catch and release. Last and most importantly a new HOT TUB has been added and is ready for use. Wonderful Guesthouse!

We loved our stay at this wonderful guesthouse in Hayesville. It was super clean and fit all our needs. It is within easy walking distance to downtown Hayesville and a quick drive to Lake Chatuge. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood surrounded by mountain views. The host was very accommodating and we will definitely stay here again!

Great place

This house was exactly what the doctor ordered. We had a family member pass and this place was the perfect answer to our prayers. I had tried to find accommodations for my children and grandkids but only a motel room was available at the time. Here they were safe and sound. Thanks again?!

Quaint cottage with amazing view of mountains. Small town with good food & shopping. Having a small deer come up to the edge of the driveway when we arrived was like it was cued in a Hallmark movie scene.

Perfect little guest house

We had the best time in Hayesville, NC! The little guest house where we stayed was so nice. It was clean and neat and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. We especially enjoyed the electric fire pit on the porch and the hot tub. Being in walking distance to the town square was an extra perk. We enjoyed the local shops and eateries. And with the Fall festival activities going on, we felt like we were in a Hallmark movie! It was the best stay!

Beautiful little house

This was a great house, beautifully decorated and appointed. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide everything needed for a great stay. The house was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. And it was very convenient to the downtown area. I would highly recommend this house.

Everything was wonderful. Great, easy communication. The house is wonderful and very peaceful, but also very conveniently located right next to downtown Hayesville. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Smoky Mountain Getaway

We had an amazing stay in Hayesville! The guesthouse is in the perfect downtown location, close to local restaurants, coffee shops and a park for our daughter. The house was very comfortable with thoughtful details. The screened in porch is the perfect hangout with many amenities and a view. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We would love to stay again!

Christmas with family

We had a wonderful stay at the super clean guesthouse! House was beautiful with all the amenities. Heated bathrooms were a big plus for the cold trip. Kitchen table was great for playing games. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

This property is a newly built home, well designed and perfectly decorated and maintained by Scott and his wife, Jacquie. They have thought of everything you might need for a comfortable and restful mountain vacation - quiet and beautiful location close to downtown Hayesville, but also convenient to all the area lakes as well as other surrounding mountain towns. Scott and Jacquie are excellent hosts, always ready to answer any questions or take care of any problems you may have. Stay at their Guest House and you won't be disappointed!

Great location, clean and relaxing guesthouse

I had a great stay at the Mountain Guesthouse. The house was very clean and comfortable. Enjoying coffee on the porch with gorgeous mountain views made for relaxing, easy mornings. The hosts were very accomodations and great communicators. There was a variety of local shopping and delicious dining on the Hayesville town square less than a mile away. My family and I can't wait for our next visit!

Hayesville Gem

This is by far one of the nicest place we have stayed at since frequenting short term rentals. The house is really neat, cozy but still spacious and comfortable. The porch offer beautiful views and the surrounds are serene. The hosts are dedicated to make the experience extra special. Definitely one of a kind type of place and people.

Perfect getaway location

We loved our stay at this wonderful guest house. It’s beautifully decorated and appointed with all the comforts of home for relaxation. The location is quiet with beautiful views and quick access to downtown Hayesville. Our hosts were very kind and helpful with anything that we might have needed which there wasn’t anything. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the screened in porch, watching the birds and the beautiful sky over the mountains. Highly recommend and look forward to a return in the fall to enjoy the firepit. Thank you for opening your house to us.

Great visit to the mountains.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Smoky Mountain Guesthouse in Hayesville, NC, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Home away from Home

I spent two wonderful nights at the Smoky Mountain Guesthouse, and I'm happy I did. The home is just as described, and the area is breathtaking. Very clean and comfortable, with quality furnishings and linens. Much needed after my 6 hour drive. Highspeed internet for work or entertainment! You'll get the mountain views , and maintain the walking distance to downtown Hayesville, with local eateries /coffee shop. It's very peaceful and relaxing. I did contact the owners twice , and they were very responsive and more than accommodating. They're very kind and down to earth folks. You could not find a more inviting stay. Look no further, you've found the perfect rental!

Dreamy Escape to the Smoky Mountains

First and foremost, the location was simply outstanding. Surrounded by the lush beauty of the Smoky Mountains, this guest house allowed us to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, and we were treated to awe-inspiring sunrises and sunsets right from the comfort of our porch. The house itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that the owners take great pride in providing a top-notch experience. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare our meals. One of the standout features of this rental was the outdoor space. We enjoyed evenings on the cozy screened-in porch. We are Papa and Nana to three precious boys. As a contractor and teacher, we enjoy quiet mornings watching the sun rise while the wildlife strolls and flies overhead and those sweet times in the backyard playing with our boys. We prefer renting homes when we travel and that encouraged us to build a home we would enjoy.

We live just across the split-rail bridge from a sweet and friendly neighborhood filled with exercise enthusiasts, writers, and artists that are happy to greet you as you stroll the paved streets. We love the downtown square to shop, eat and enjoy small town events like concerts on the square.
