Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family. Our host Brian was very nice. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Family gathering

The house fit our needs as we were here for a family gathering at my brother’s home. It was centrally located with plenty of restaurants and stores. Brian was gracious and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

My stay!!!

My stay was great. The house was beautiful,BUT NEEDS WORK. We were NOT able to fish from back yard at all.

Nice home but needs maintenance

For the price that you pay the walls need to be painted they’re all marked up the bar in the game room the door was taped on there was a cabinet in the kitchen that was falling off the shower in the master bath the door didn’t close all the way so the water leaked out in the floor the one sink in the master bath was blocked

Maintenance needed

We encountered many problems during our stay. The A/C units couldn't maintain a 72 degree setting. There were glass window panes missing from an upstairs window. There was a leak from an upstairs bathroom causing a puddle of water in the dining room. Cabinet doors were falling off in the kitchen. Stay away from this property!!

Nice big house in a quiet neighborhood

Loved The place. I had more people than I thought I would, 8 total. It was plenty big enough. I would stay here again. Pros: Big spacious place. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful house. 4 bathrooms! Large driveway enough for 5 cars. Game room is awesome! Check in and out was easy. Cons: The outside of the house is encased in thick spiderwebs. There was wasp nest in the back. There was only 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, which isn’t enough when you bring 6 females. Master bathroom shower door has no seal and gets water everywhere. Coffee maker leaks coffee grinds if you use the adapter for your own coffee. Couldn’t get the tv in the kitchen to work. It was the only tv on that floor.

Large, family friendly and great location with large game room and space to entertain

Place was in a great location, close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Pros-location, great neighborhood, family friendly with activities to occupy your kids. Close to airport and shopping, beds were comfortable. Able to cook meals and be able to stay in without spending a ton of money to eat out every night. The owner was very great and attentive and even worked with us when our itinerary changed on our check-in times. Cons- not enough towels for 10 guests, had to go purchase more towels. Had to purchase toilet paper and more paper towels. Says sleeps 10, but only really sleeps 7, the bunk and twin bed I guess could sleep two kids but we ended up having to put air mattresses down to accommodate our 10 guests. There could be more items in kitchen, like pots and pans and baking sheets for meals. We would definitely stay here again though. We felt safe, kids were able to keep busy and adults had room to space out. There were lots of TV’s and we even sang karaoke off the big screen while playing pool in the game room.
