Location is great, close to shopping, dining, entertainment and the beach. Home was clean and had plenty of room for the whole family. We stayed in the winter but the backyard would be great for bbq and kids to play. There were beach chairs and beach towels as well as a wagon and cooler available. Great house, will look into staying here again as our daughter is currently stationed in the area!

Great place , always great woth 3 toilets, sleeping area were comfortably, back yard was great. Over all me & my 6 friends enjoyed the stay for our comedy shows. Walking distance from the Dome.

Property was clean and the location was not far from the beach. There were some chairs and a wagon which was nice. Suitable for adults but not a good property if you have kids especially littles. It could use some maintenance, everything in the house squeaked or creaked - beds, doors, cabinets, couches. Overall not a bad stay but nothing special.

First, communication with the host was wonderful. He ensured the stay was stress-free, and we had everything we needed to make sure we were comfortable. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen was preparing meals. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were inviting and comfortable. The master bedroom had a TV; however, the other bedrooms did not. We would suggest that TVs be added to the other bedrooms. Sometimes the kids want to get away from the adults to enjoy a little privacy and watch Disney. Or, an adult wants to head to bed early and enjoy the TV. The outdoor space was welcoming, and the location for family activities was exceptional. We saw lots of bikes from the beach and riders, and lots of dog walkers. The property offered 2 grills, gas, and charcoal. We used the charcoal grill so we could add hickory chips for our steaks. Yum! This property provided a happy place for me. I will be booking additional stays at this property for sure.

My 2nd stay at this property that is perfectly located less than half mile from the inlet. We enjoyed how spacious and carefully manicured the grounds were. Owner provided in and outside games, beach chairs, grill and very nice deck out back.

A beautiful home in a great location!

This home was perfect for our needs. A 20 minute walk to the Sports Complex, and a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk were highlights of the location. Our host made sure that everything we needed was onsite which was great. We were comfortable, not at all crowded, and enjoyed sitting in the beautiful backyard during our downtime. I would absolutely stay here again, and have already recommended this location to friends!

Graduation Dinner

First, I just have to say Jeff was a truly amazing host. I had forgotten to link my phone to my account, and when I reached out about accessing the property, he responded right away. That kind of care and attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay.The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious. We celebrated my daughter’s graduation with a family dinner there, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There was so much room for everyone to gather, both inside and out, and it made the evening feel extra special.This place helped create such meaningful memories for our family, and I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect

This house was a perfect Easter getaway for my family and I. The location is in a perfect spot with many shops and coffee spots. We didn’t walk to the beach but it was only a 13 minute walk. The backyard has a huge fence for ample privacy. There was corn hole and tons of toys in the garage for my kids to play with. Will definitely be booking again.

Just Okay

Clean, but basic. On a fairly noisy thoroughfare which I did not realize at the time of booking. One of the sleeper sofas was missing some springs and was uncomfortable. Also, the air vent in one of the bedrooms was missing a cover leaving a gaping hole.Kids enjoyed the corn hole, but would not book again.

Very Nice Home to Stay In

Pictures represent the property nicely with a few minor exceptions. Very clean home. Plenty of linens (sheets & towels) available. Worth the money! Location is good relative to the beach and other amenties.

Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and blocks away from the beach. Long driveway for 5 cars if needed. No TVs in the guest rooms

Weekend stay

We stayed here this weekend for a tournament at the Hampton Road to sports complex, it was super convenient to the field! The house was amazing, very nicely cleaned, and well kept. Lots of space definitely a good place to stay
