Welcome to our warm and welcoming home. If you are coming with friends and family this house has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked to make meals at home or eat out at dozens of restaurants locally just minutes away at VB Town Center. Or just take the time to relax in the back yard with and make some s’mores in the fire pit! Our home is cozy and inviting for your relaxing time in VB.

This is an ideal location to get around the entire HamptonRoads area! We’re 5 mins off the 264 highway.

Terrible experience. The power went out to half the house on our second day. We also lost WiFi at the same time. The freezer did not work our entire stay. The floors were so dirty that if you walked from bathroom to bedroom our feet would be black on the bottom. The dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival. But the worst part was the host would not respond nor could I get anyone from VRBO to respond! My confidence is renting through VRBO is extremely low. While I know issues can and will happen not being able to get any help or response with big issues like electrical is very concerning and ruined our trip.

Great place for family!

We loved the coziness and well appointed beachy decor in the house! Our family loved being close to the beach, the Town Center and easy-to-access grocery stores and restaurants. I’m so grateful for the memories we made!

Virginia Beach weekend trip

This house was in a good location and one floor ranch set up worked well for my family. The house was supplied with all the kitchen supplies and towels. The inside was mostly clean but the outdoor area in the back had trash that needed picked up. Listing did not specify it was a seperated house. With a separate rental on the other side. Items that need addressed that impacted my stay the most: - Screen door needs adjusted or replaced to close without having to be slammed shut - Back sliding door does not having a proper door jam to securely lock it. This is a large security/ safety issue. - Toilet needs bolted down to floor to keep toilet from tipping over while sitting on it. Largest complaint ---- Better communication!!! by staff to renter....never recieved my code or instructions until I arrived at the house. After sending multiple messages about the rental I did not hear back until I was standing at the property asking for the door code.

Va Beach Gem

First time Vrbo renters! Beautiful property! Every amenity in the property we needed! Sleeping was amazing. We rented for family visiting from out of town. Hiccup with actual first day rental and property access. This was quickly resolved. We had parking issue with another renter. Again, resolved. Flood lights over driveway not working. Not sure if we were allowed use of the back deck, no lights for evening and not sure if we were allowed to open the sliding door. Overall, we would definitely use this property again. Fantastic access to midtown, shopping and interstate. Again we were first timers so it was a whole new experience! Very satisfied!
