Enjoy a stylish business contemporary chic experience at this centrally-located condo in downtown Atlanta! This newly renovated 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo is in the heart of Downtown Atlanta! Minutes away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, World of Coke, Americas Mart, and so much more! Perfect for weekend adventure, couples getaway, or business travel.

The Space:
Located on the 15th floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers, get ready for amazing Skyline Views from the private balcony! This 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo boasts a super comfy Queen Bed with plush linen with a desk workspace, ambient lighting, and full ceramic tiled bathroom shower. The spacious living room features 2 chairs, a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, high boy table for 2, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2 and a Smart TV!
Don't forget to catch the serene skyline views of downtown Atlanta outside on the private patio.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo unit! Laundry room is located on the basement floor of the building.

In the heart of Downtown Atlanta! Close to EVERYTHING!

Getting Around:
Surface parking lot right next to the building. Free parking provided during your stay for 1 space in a covered parking deck behind the condo building. Street parking available.

Uber and other rideshare is less than 3 minutes away with great pricing!

Other Things to Note:
This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches the AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriate times during each season.

My review is my OPINION and I will not be told it is inaccurate. My experience is true: Parking attendant basically harassed me every time I arrived AND LEFT the garage, waiving and hollering at me to ask if I was parking over night and wanting to know how many days. I showed him the parking pass EVERY TIME. But he continued to ask me and waive me down every time. Fans in each room were GREAT. However a large gap at the bottom of the main door and door to the balcony allowed for drafts- which carried pot smoke from a neighboring unit. I sent the owner a message- only bc I didn’t want to get blamed for smoking in the room. Response was basically “deal with it”.

The only bump was figuring out the parking, toting luggage)but once we parked we never left, everything we needed was within walling distance. We love this place and will definitely return,!

Ok stay until the end!

Arriving check in was ez the condo staff itself was wonderful. The neighborhood has changed a lot since staying in the area a few years ago. The balcony was nice however it faced the back of the building waking up watching the sun rise was nice. The condo was decorated nice but needed some dusting. The last night is when the roaches made there appearance. Instead of enjoying a comedy show we had to shake and pack our clothes . Cleaning the condo for departure the kitchen tooo had roaches . The host was was dimiiive and disrespectful when notified of the issue I would never recommend KEY PROPERTY to stay not to mention she LIED about damages thank god for video !!!!! FIND A BETTER HOST AND PROPERTY!

Our stay had its pro and cons, but for the most part we had a good experience. The building was a little tricky to locate! The entrance is not right directly on the street, I recommend mapping to Porfirio’s! This is a Mexican restaurant right next to the 15 minute parking lot you’re supposed to use before you get the key to the reserved parking garage. The actual entrance to the building will be right around the corner. Please be aware of your surroundings especially at night, we had a few encounters with homeless folks, but that’s to be expected in a city. As for the room it was clean, spacious and the balcony was beautiful. There were no complimentary waters in the fridge so pack accordingly. I wish the bathroom had a towel rack. The bedroom mattress is about half the thickness of a standard one and was a bit uncomfy at times. The pillows were not horrible but if you’re a sensitive sleeper maybe bring your own. Now for the PROS. I loved how secure the building felt. There was always kind front desk workers who watched the door and you have to have the magnetic key to get into the building and into the area where the elevators are to go up to your room (theres also a guard in the private parking garage). I also loved being on the 15th floor for the views. The fans in the bedroom and living room worked amazing! The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and the bed sheets smelled so fresh and clean throughout our whole stay!And of course the location is prime for walking
