This is the perfect place to do what you love! Located at Compass Point on the lagoon...perfect for relaxing waterside or let your adventure side show! You can kayak, paddle board, fish off the pier, boat ride, jet ski, swim and much more! The views are amazing with the BEAUTIFUL sunrise to the right and the sunset to the left. You have a private beach area that's so convenient for family to enjoy the water right outside your door! The lagoon has amazing views and is great for watching activity on the water! You are a 5 minute walk to the gulf or you can drive and park at the beach. If you enjoy running or taking a stroll...be sure to walk the boardwalk and take in all the beautiful views! There is a perfect outdoor grilling area with tables, beautiful trees for shade, decorated with string lights for evening cookouts! There is an excellent restaurant a mile away called The Beach House (you will love their Bushwackers), an ice cream shop and a little grocery store for those last minute needs! This condo is a hidden gem and it will change the way you "beach"!!! Some added items to make your stay better.... we have TV's, hooks to hang your belongings, USB outlets and two end tables with lamps in every bedroom. Pet Friendly - Bring your four legged on vacation with you! There is a $150 pet fee for one dog and an additional $75 for the second dog. Two dogs max in condo (no cats). All dogs must be under 30 lbs. Dogs must be on leash at all times. We want you to have the best stay possible! Happy beaching....
