Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price ($30 each for short-term stays/$50 each for monthly stays, prices subject to change) and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. They must be displayed in your windshield.
3. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
4. Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable dog fee per animal; pre-registration is required.
5. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted to use the bathroom on the property. All dogs must be walked off-site for bathroom breaks.
6. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
7. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
