A beautiful, newly renovated, 2004 square foot beach getaway! Our condo is perfect for families who want to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the island and convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores and the many other amenities available. The gated pool is right outside the deck!. Enjoy the short walk to our amazing beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and all the other fantastic amenities!

Great Place to Stay

This Condo was beautiful. It was very spacious. Each room was big. Its back porch is right across from the pool, which the kids loved. Palmetto Dunes is a great place to stay on the island, with so much just to do right there.

Wonderful Stay!

Place was immaculately clean when we checked in! Smooth check in process with xtra parking pass and able to swim at pool until check in… loved that! Very spacious for our family of five and grandparents, we had an awesome week! Loved the location and rode bikes everywhere. House was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up, great communications with owner. No issues, loved our stay. Thankyou!

80th birthday celebration

The property and location were great! We did some cooking at the home and it would have been nice to have a better appointed kitchen with spices etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The home is much nicer than we expected. It’s in a great location, central to most things to see and do on the island. The host responded to all inquires and requests promptly. A Good experience overall.

Hello, I am the owner of Richey Tire and Service in Hilliard, Ohio. I am a retired school-teacher from Centerburg Local Schools where I taught sixth grade for 30 years. My passions center around the loves of my life, my 9 grandchildren! I also enjoy relaxing at my cottage in Marblehead, vacationing at the beach in Hilton Head, boating, reading, sewing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. I love sharing my home with others that love Hilton Head Island as much as I do!

My villa is a new, totally renovated unit which offers cozy, clean, and comfortable living and sleeping areas for you and your family to enjoy on your vacation. I take great pride in providing a well-stocked kitchen and well-cared for villa. This is my home-away-from-home as well! I chose this particular villa as it has a large living area and kitchen to accommodate my many grandchildren when we visit the island!

Palmetto Dunes offers three miles of sun-kissed Atlantic Ocean beachfront provide the perfect venue for three world-class golf courses, a full-service marina, and an 11-mile lagoon system. The resort enjoys a well-earned reputation for creating unforgettable vacation experiences for the entire family. Palmetto Dunes offers 2,000-acres of activities. The beautiful beach and world-class golf are only the beginning. The best place for Hilton Head bike rentals and water sports is right here, along with our full service marina, award-winning tennis and pickleball center, and a sweeping 11-mile lagoon for kayaking, fishing or simply getting back to nature on a boat tour.
Palmetto Dunes offers several savory restaurants; Alexander's Bar and Grill, Jim's BBQ and the beachfront bar and grill: The Dunes House. Some Golf Clubs also provide bars and grills.
