Welcome to your home away from home centrally located in the heart of the action. Relax with the family at this newly renovated townhome in a gated community. Your group will enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious home. Only 30 minutes from local theme parks, attractions, stadiums, airport, hospitals, DT Kissimmee/Orlando; let's not forget a 50-minute drive to a beach get-a-way, Conveniently located just miles away from local eateries and supermarkets. We look forward to hosting you!

Quiet and comfortable.

House was just as advertised, bigger than you would think from the photos. Super clean and very nice. Would definitely stay again, neighborhood was very quiet and easy enough to find. Highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at the home. I felt very comfortable staying there. The home was very clean. Also, very close to restaurants, Publix, Walmart etc.. I def will be recommending this location to others.

Property was as advertised. Close to restaurants and groceries. Ways to access. Host provided good info for checkin process and followed up twice during our stay.

Second stay here

This was our second stay here (annually) for a tournament at the sports event center up the street. Clean property that has all the basics. Would benefit from a few updates on the coffee machine and knives for cooking. If the bedroom doors are all closed at night it can get a bit warm - I think it throws off the central air, so best to leave the doors cracked. Still a 5-star stay regardless.

Great home away from home

This is an absolute wonderful place to stay for a full family that wants to go on vacation in Orlando for a reasonable price. Location was less than 30 minutes from all Orlando parks and attractions. Additionally, there are great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend this location for any families looking for a home away from home.

Great home away from home

This was by far the cleanest property we have stayed in for awhile. The place is spacious, with enough room for many people. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well. The host was easy to work with and checked in with us through the app to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Family Time

This property was just what we needed for some relaxed family time during a soccer tournament. It was very clean with a great layout to remind us of home. The host was easy to reach and check in was smooth.

Great Place To Stay

Everything was great. If I could change one thing, it would be that the bunk beds were extremely noisy with any movement making it very hard to fall asleep. But other than that, this is a nice place to stay and nice neighborhood!

Very nice, clean and well located.

Overall enjoyed our stay! Townhouse is very nice, new feeling and clean. Host communicated well. Beds and living room furniture weren't the most comfortable in our opinion and all bedrooms are upstairs so if you have people who don't like stairs its different. But again overall its everything it claims to be and a very nice place!

Great townhome - gated community. RECOMMEND!

We were in town for a Lacrosse tournament at Austin-Tindall fields. The townhome is located a short drive away. Close to shopping, Millers Ale House and the best wings in Orlando. The condition is like new, appears to have been recently renovated- with new furnishings too. Although a few more comfy chairs in the living room would be nice, we really were not hanging out indoors much. Easy check in/out. No crazy rules. Great value - very clean and safe gated community. We would definitely stay again!

Kissimee rental for Pan American Tournament

My teammates and I rented this beautiful home for our trip to to the jiu jitsu pan American tournament in Kissimmee. The beds were comfortable and the home was quiet, which allowed us to get a great nights sleep and prepare for our respective competition days. Fully functional kitchen with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. The pool area was awesome and was often not busy. The host was just excellent and very responsive. Our only critique was that the sofa in the living room was not exactly comfortable, but is very stylish and fit the space well. We loved our stay and will stay again next year!
