The pool heat did not work until the last few days, and after we emailed maintenance who insisted it was on before starting it.The bed in master bedroom was broken. Although 'repaired' it remained uncomfortable due to an appalling mattress, something previous clients referred.The mangement's answer to the swing bin for rubbish lid not closing was to place a heavy object on the lid to keep it shut!While the view from the pool helped, it was not sufficient to mitigate the foregoing.Overall the villa is past tired.

Et lidt slidt men ok hus. Madrasser i master bed er “ flade”. Vi havde ikke gavn af poolen de sidste 5 dage, pumpen var itu. Vi kontaktede både ejer og bureau- poolmanden lokaliserede problemet, men det blev ikke afhjulpet mens vi var der.øv

Relaxing getaway

We stayed in the rental for one month. The home was spacious and relaxing. The home location on the water provides a nice view. We enjoyed watching all the different water birds. Very close to Disney World.Easy check in. Owner communication was thorough.We will definitely stay again.

Great stay in February

Had an excellent stay here during the first 2 weeks of February 2025. House was as described in the listing. The property is easy to find, 2 mins drive off of Poinciana bv. The house interior decoration is maybe a touch dated, but was immaculately clean on our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped; lots of pots, pans and trays for the oven along with cups, glasses, plates and bowls. The pool was heated, the pool area has great views over a pond and gets full sunlight all day. We had a great holiday and hope to visit again some time!

Il y a du gros tapis vert partout

Screens were missing in pool area and ibis flew into area, we didn’t care cause we like birds….but….pool cover shot You pay extra for the pool to be heated… ..back patio door needs fixed, out dated, but we had a great time there and it worked for us

Great property.

The property was in a good location, quite, relaxing and lovely views over the lake at the back. Very spacious, clean, nice pool which we paid to have heated (used every day). We would highly recommend this property!!!!

Great stay!!

I really liked the house how big it is, there is a really big master bedroom and 2 kitchen tables!! The living room is really open making it perfect to spend time with the family!! The pool is amazing with a view on a cute lake. We really loved the fact that the neighborhood is quiet, not a sound during the night. We encountered traffic everyday to go to Universal and Disney, but nothing too bad. Communication with the owner was perfect, I really appreciated his quick answers. The kitchen is super well equipped. There are a lot of towels and pillows. The AC is good wich was a must for August!! Wifi was good. Overall, we liked the house a lot, and will go back in the future!! The only thing that we didn't like are the beds because they are too soft for our old backs:)

Good location

Firstly, everything we needed was there and worked fine. Yes the property is getting a little old, but that goes for many Florida Villas. Plenty wildlife to see around the lake, we even had a deer appear out of the woods one day. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay.
