First, the room was very pretty and clean. However, we reserved a suite with two queen-size beds, but the room we were provided only contained one small queen bed. I gave my family member the bed, and slept on the couch, which was fine, until the sun came up early the next morning. It went directly into our room, and there was no curtain over the glass door, (leading out to the patio) to keep the area even somewhat dark. We only stayed one night but there was still $150 security deposit to pay. Additionally, we didn’t check in until 10 PM and I had some computer work to finish the next morning. Check out is at 10 AM. I called the front desk and asked if I could pay for one extra hour to finish my work, and it was declined. I explained how important it was, and again offered to pay and asked if they could speak to a manager. Again, it was not authorized. Last, Parking spaces filled up pretty quick Near our building. Please keep that in mind if you’re traveling with young kids and may have a ways to walk at night getting back to the room.
