Escape to fun and relaxation at Kimberling Oaks Resort on Table Rock Lake! Studio, with 1 bathroom.

The cabin has been recently remodeled and is always immaculately maintained, with every room fully stocked for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils—everything you need to feel right at home.

At Kimberling Oaks Resort, there's something for everyone! Enjoy access to the community boat dock with rental slips and a swim platform, a refreshing pool, and a children’s playground. The resort also features comfortable and entertaining outdoor spaces, including BBQ grills, picnic tables, a pavilion, and fire pits. For water lovers, you can rent tri-toons, fish and ski boats, golf carts, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards to explore the lake.

Bring your furry friends along—this property welcomes up to 2 dogs with a pet fee, and with the resort’s large yard, there’s plenty of space for your pets to run and play.

Hello from Scott and Max! We are two college friends (Rock Chalk) turned business partners that each have growing families. Our mutual enjoyment of life, travel, adventure, and real estate helped us reconnect after college and team up to expand our friendship into a partnership and buy our first property together in 2021. We hope the accommodations and amenities at our properties provide our guests the same opportunity to create memories and deepen relationships that they have provided to our families when we stay here together.

Carriage House at Kimberling Oaks Resort has it all for up to 3 guests: lakefront cabin with a community pool, community dock with boat slip rentals and a swim platform, as well as all the sporting equipment to enjoy Table Rock Lake: tri-toon, ski/fishing boat, kayaks, and SUPs available for rent. Lastly, we even offer golf cart rentals to make your navigation around our property quick and enjoyable. We look forward to hosting you!
