Welcome to our house in the heart of San Antonio! Our home is an open floor plan with a contemporary-meets-eclectic vibe. The main house has 4 full bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the casita is it's own separate studio with it's own private bathroom and kitchenette. Privacy, off-street parking, large backyard with plenty of seating, BBQ grill, washer and dryer, very fast WiFi, and brand new amenities like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a gas range for cooking.

This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom main house PLUS casita. So 5 bedrooms total and 3 bathrooms total including the casita.

BEDROOMS 1 and 2: these rooms feature one queen-sized bed and two nightstands each, plus a smart TV in each room. Two firm pillows and two softer pillows are provided per bed.

BEDROOM 3 and 4: these rooms feature two queen-sized beds as bunk beds and a smart TV in each room. Memory foam mattresses and quality linens ensure a comfortable sleep. Two firm pillows and two softer pillows are provided per bed.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: the grey sofa pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper. The blue chairs fold down into sleepers as well. Gold accents create a contemporary-meets-eclectic vibe. Dining table seats 4.

KITCHEN: the fully stocked kitchen features a gas range/oven, microwave, TWO coffeemakers (both Keurig and regular coffeemaker), fridge, and dishwasher. Pots, pans, oil, spices, and more are provided.

CASITA: The Casita is outfitted with a luxury canopy queen-sized bed, 12" memory foam mattress, SmartTV, and romantic colonial decor to create a relaxing vibe. A little dining nook with 4 chairs and a bistro table provides a place to enjoy a meal or work on your laptop.

CASITA KITCHEN: the kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (starter coffee pods are provided), bowls/plates/utensils, pots/pans, oil/pepper/salt/spices, toaster oven, microwave, electric range/oven, fridge/freezer and tupperware. All appliances are stainless steel and purchased in 2020.

CASITA BATHROOM/SHOWER: Towels/handtowels plus basic shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided. All stays will be provided with paper towels and toilet paper enough to last the guest for their first weeks' stay.

You will have exclusive access to the entire property.

Close to everywhere you'll want to go in San Antonio and close to everything you could need. There is also a park just a couple blocks away. The shop across the street has street art on the side that San Antonio is famous for. It's updated regularly, currently of a wizard.

If traveling by your own transportation, you will find the house very centrally located in San Antonio, and be able to access all the major highways within just a few min in order to get to any attraction San Antonio has to offer within 10 minutes. Ubers are readily available as well but I would recommend renting a car. If using public transportation, there is a bus stop just 3 blocks away that can gain you access to the entire San Antonio public transportation system.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
