Pond front living at it's finest! Single level home an easy way of living and has been updated with some modern finishes. The kitchen features newer stainless appliances with granite countertops. Entertain in the large open living room. The entertainment space extends outside to a large sunroom of which can be accessed from the living room. Enjoy the outdoors on the newer deck with BBQ grill while relaxing while listening to the soothing sound of the pond behind the home. Retreat to the primary bedroom with a tray ceiling, walk-in-closet, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, and a large, tiled
shower Two additional bedrooms that share an updated full bath.
Keys of Marsh Harbor is a perfect location just across the street from a grocery store, multiple
restaurants, convenience store, and transit service, all while less than 2 miles to the Rehoboth
Beach Boardwalk.

Rehoboth

This house very nice comfortable. The owners took the time to make sure your stay was great. The location was convenient to both the beach, restaurants, and state parks. I would definitely book this property again.

Great vacation house for the family

The house is very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for the entire family. It was a very pleasant week, definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and were very accommodating.

Lovely Family Vacation

We had such a lovely family vacation there. The home was as advertised and we thought it to be bigger in person. It came fully stocked with everything you'd need. Fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, towels, laundry needs, etc. All the beds were comfortable and made with quality sheets and comforters. (Very much appreciated) We felt the home to be clean and sanitary and did not feel like its rented out. Being so close to the beach, shopping, really everything made our stay easier having small children. The beach parking pass was so helpful.

Perfect location for a family

The house was great. The kids enjoyed staying in the room with bunk beds, and the pool and tennis court just down the street were perfect to keep them occupied when we weren’t at the beach. Plenty of room for our two families with kids. The house was very clean and I especially liked that we didn’t need to pack bath towels, sheets, trash bags, or bathroom paper products. Wonderful! Thank you again for allowing us to use your property.

Perfect 10!

The property, location, and owners made our annual Rehoboth vacation memorable. Sandwiched between the beach and the Tanger outlets, this property is only a 5-10 minute drive to some of the best attractions Rehoboth has the to offer. Additionally, it is situated 200 feet from the community pool and within walking distance of Jungle Jim’s which saves you from having to pack up the car every time you want to take a dip—a blessing especially if you are coming with family. The house is clean, perfectly appointed, and the owners are responsive and cordial. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Huge 3 bedroom with all the amenities

This is a very large property. The kitchen, common areas, and bedrooms are all very spacious. The property itself is fresh-feeling and well maintained. We stayed as a family of 5 including 3 young children. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to cook all our meals for the week there. The pool and tennis courts just steps away were super convenient. The house is not right on the beach (although one could conceivably bike there), however, the parking pass provided by the host was beneficial for getting free parking near the beach downtown. We also made quick drives to nearby Cape Henlopen State Park, Gordon's Pond Trail, downtown Lewes, and the Cape May Ferry Terminal for activities. Overall, a great stay.

Great family vacation home

We loved our stay here!! Very clean. Open space. Kitchen had everything you need! Loved that it was all one floor (we have a one year old). Loved the location - right next to the pool and tennis court. Sort drive to the beach (can take longer because of traffic). Things to do all around the area (beach, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, water park). Communication with the owner was good. Would highly recommend this house !
