Elizabeth's Villa is centrally located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, a private, family-friendly, community, a little over a mile from downtown Rehoboth Beach. Unwind in this updated 5-bedroom, 3 full baths, 2,100 square foot villa that sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Items such as bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are included with your stay. After the beach enjoy a swim in the community pool, play some tennis, and relax in this spacious villa. The first floor boasts a master suite, with walk-in closet, living room, dining room, kitchen including small appliances needed for any meal, laundry room, one-car storage garage, half bath, screened in porch, complete with outdoor furniture, and patio with grill. Upstairs has 1 master suite with a walk-in closet and balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, 3 additional bedrooms, a full bath and a newly installed tankless hot-water heater for continuous hot showers. All bedrooms have Roku TV’s, ceiling fans and plenty of space for storage. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are complimentary with your stay. Parking for 3+ cars is right outside the front door. Elizabeth’s Villa is minutes away from all local attractions. Dine in or eat out as there are many restaurants moments away on Route 1, downtown Rehoboth and adjacent to the community including Big Fish, Blue Coast, Thompson Island, and Fresh Market, Aldi's, and Giant for grocery and fully prepared meals. Don’t want to drive, you can also bike, walk or take the bus (DART) steps from the villa. Leave your beach chairs, and beach toys home, as they are also included for your convenience. Seven -night stay required during peak season-July and August 2026 there is only a Saturday to Saturday rental.

The house was perfect for our needs and family size. The grandchildren LOVED the tennis court where they played baseball (?) for hours. One of the younger kids began to use his roller blades in the community. The linen package was a huge asset. Everyone had a wonderful, time and we look forward to returning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, new and fully furnished. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended on Rehoboth Beach. This is our third stay at The Keys in Marsh Harbor. This is the best house yet. Fit all our needs and,it had a fully stocked kitchen. Can’t say enough about how terrific this home is!

Girls getaway

Five of my girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend back in June. The place was great!! Very well stocked and good location. Host was always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

The house is very clean and well equipped for our stay with eight adult family members. Plenty of kitchen supplies and 4 bedrooms with TVs & comfortable beds for adults and one room with two twins for kids. Loved the screened in porch. The barbecue grill was clean. Three full bathrooms made showering easier for a large group. Community pool and tennis court available. Location is close to supermarket and restaurants. We went to Gordon’s pond to get away from crowded beaches. Susan, the property manager was extremely responsive to our needs. Overall, we had a great stay - would recommend.

Wedding in Rehoboth

Just what we needed to accommodate a 2 nite family stay. Beds comfortable, property clean, near enough to beach and wedding venue without paying on the beach prices. Did not cook on site but kitchen seemed adequately equipped. Neighborhood had a vacation home vibe, not many other people around after season.

Great location

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt that I needed to for this property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place was much nicer in person. Plenty of room for a family of 10. They had extra stuff I. The garage for us to use (beach chairs, toys etc). The location couldn’t be better. Outlets, beach and downtown was all within 2 miles. The owner was very helpful and responded to my emails working a half hour. There was only one minor issue and it is not of any fault of the owner but we tried to get in at the check in time and the cleaning lady was there, she drr to see it would be about an hour. She said the previous occupants checked out late. The cleaning lady was vey nice and did offer to let us drop our stuff off. Overall I would recommend and I would stay again

Great Family Get Away

Perfect Vacation

This was our third year renting this property. The home is very clean and very well maintained. Everything you need to spend a relaxing week is provided. Wonderful location across from the pool and tennis courts, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The host, Susan, is amazing to work with. We look forward to renting again in 2025.

Perfect for a long weekend

We booked this property for my mother's birthday; my whole family loved their stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the tennis courts and pool. The beach is a short drive from the house (the city parking permit was great to have). Close to many attractions and restaurants.

Great family vacation

Lots of room for 8 adults to enjoy, but dining room table small for only 6. Location to beach, stores and restaurants was great! Very nice quiet community and people we met. Compared to other rentals I had to contact our host multiple times. First was how to use lock box and key situation. We were minus multiple towels and a sheet for two days. Washer was recently replaced and had a problem that wasn't fixed until Tuesday afternoon, so not available for almost half our stay. Questioned items didn't find as limited paper products, garbage bags and many other items usually provided at other rentals we have had. No TV in twin bedroom.

Our second time staying at this property. Large, clean, well equipped home. Pool and tennis courts located directly across the street from house. Very close to wonderful restaurants and all of the outlet shops. Bus stop located very close to the home which drops you right at the boardwalk of Rehoboth Beach. Great communication with Susan, the property manager. We had another perfect vacation.

Great location, great home and even greater host!

First, Susan was amazing. She made sure we had everything we could possibly need and although I never had to contact her regarding the house, she responds almost immediately to messages. Next, the house was great. It has a bedroom with bath on the main level which is great for people who can't do stairs. The kitchen and living area are also on the first floor which is a bonus for the same reason. It's right across from the pool, down the street from the buses that can take you to Rehoboth boardwalk or even Ocean City, MD. It's right off of Rt 1 and right in the middle of the outlets and any food you could want. The kitchen is stocked with any utensils you may need, if you are inclined to cook, which I was not. 😊 Beds are comfortable, linens are provided. What more could you ask for. We had a great time and will definitely return in the future.

Great week

We had a great week, place had plenty of space, it was very clean on our arrival. Great communication with the host Susan. Location was great, right across from the pool. Our teens used the bikes to travel all over. I walked to the beac/boardwalk almost everyday. 4 miles round trip. The only drawback that I can think of was there was no ice maker in the fridge which was manageable.

Great property, great location.

Very nice house, clean and well maintained. Location was wonderful, right across the street from the pool and tennis courts. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Take the bus to the beach, it is a game changer. No need to worry about parking and the bus stop is very close to the villa.

Family Vacation

This Villa was perfect for our family vacation; plenty of space indoors and out. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. Although the community pool is small, it was great when we wanted to spend some more time outdoors after getting back from the beach. Highly recommend this listing.

Marsh Harbor Villa 14-21 August 21

This is a very well maintained property with ample space for eight to ten people. The bedrooms are well furnished and have enough space to hang up clothes and not live out of a suitcase. Three and a half bathrooms provide convenience for those sleeping upstairs or on main floor. Kitchen appliances and kitchen ware are in good condition and cooking dishes are more than adequate. This house has all the appointments one could expect at home, plus great TV/ cable access in rooms.
