This stylish and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is located on a quiet street in one of the best neighborhoods in town! In the summer you are only minutes from a pet friendly beach and great restaurants, and in the winter you are equal distance from two of the areas best ski resorts-Palisades and Northstar. The home has family and pet friendly amenities, 3 bedrooms, a new kitchen, a spacious great room, and a big sunny deck and hot tub. This house is fun for the whole group!

Enter through the great room space where the whole group can hang together-the kitchen, dining room and living space are all connected. Cozy up with family and friends in the living room as you warm up by the wood fireplace which is situated in a lovely river rock hearth. Make yourself comfortable on the large sectional sofa with footrests as you enjoy a movie on the 55” TV w/firestick, or have a game night with one of the several board games you will find in the home.

Off the living room is the open dining room which features a dining table with seating for 8 tucked next to a large window providing plenty of natural light. Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and stainless steel appliances.

When you are ready to settle in for the night the bedrooms are located down the hallway from the common area providing a quiet separation of space for a good night's rest. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with en suite bath with shower tub combo. The second bedroom is a great bedroom for families traveling with young children. The room features a queen bed, plus a double/twin bunk bed. The third bedroom is also furnished with queen size comforts and a desk, making for a great quiet workspace if needed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath, equipped with a stand up shower.

From the common area, you can head out to the spacious deck, the perfect space for entertaining during the summer months. The deck is surrounded by trees providing a private and quiet space to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil scenery. On the deck, you will find a 6 person hot tub, a picnic table with an umbrella, a bench, and a gas BBQ. You can easily spend a day hanging out in this great outdoor space or let the kids run around the spacious backyard!

Rounding out the property is a full size washer dryer located in the hall.
