Spacious Accommodation: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests at this time. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious King-sized bed and its very own ensuite-bathroom. Other bedrooms feature comfortable Queen-sized beds, and in the living room, you'll find a convenient Queen-sized sleeper couch. Need more space? We have inflatable mattresses available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Two Full Bathrooms: No need to wait in line for the shower! With two full bathrooms, both equipped with shower/tub combinations, you and your guests can freshen up at your own pace.

We booked this house to visit our son at U of A which was about 20-25 minutes away. House was nice and clean. There was an issue upon arrival and the host was very responsive and addressed it immediately. The electric fireplace was a nice addition as the days were rainy and cool. It took the chill out of the air. If cooking is planned, take note of basic pots and pans. There was nothing for oven use that we could find. There was a Walmart and gas station nearby to stock up on needed items. Would stay again at location.

This is a very nice property! Looks just like it does in the pictures! Super cute backyard! The location was very centrally located for my sons baseball tournament where we played at severalDifferent venues! Would definitely stay here again!

Amenities not sufficient.

The property was of sufficient square feet but lacked the necessary wash cloths, hand towels, and toilet paper for six people for four days. There wasnt any laundry detergent provided nor enough trash bags and plastic wrap to cover items in the refrigerator. A loud noise coming from the garage interrupted sleep in the master bedroom.

Ladies trip to do some arts and craft shopping. Gatien, our host, did an excellent job getting us extra blankets because of a cold snap in the weather. The house was close to all of our shopping spots. Wonderful

Perfect for our trip!

This was a trip to visit family in the Rogers area. The house was perfect for our needs and it was very convenient to family living in the area. We really enjoyed the deck and the beds were wonderful to sleep on! The host was very responsive and worked hard to make sure our visit was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls overnight concert trip

This property was perfect for us. Location to the AMP for our concert super convenient, food and shopping close by. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Had a wonderful stay. The owner was so attentive and responded to texts immediately. The house is located right by EVERYTHING! It is clean and everything is labeled and easy to use. We had a large family with small children and this was a perfect setting for a family get together, with a fenced yard for the kids to play in. Overall excellent stay. We will be back

I have stayed at a number of homes/condos across the US and dealt with many homeowners. I must say we felt like "Family" and this trip that was filled will stress, a tow truck and a busy Graduation and Mother's Day weekend to boot we were not sure if our stay would be worth it. When we arrived the home was perfect, quiet and provided a restful sleep to tackle what was ahead of us. The owners were prompt, thoughtful and graciously checked on us knowing about our car issues. The "home" was "home" and we looked forward to returning to at the end of each day. And yes, the car was repaired thanks to BMW of Bentonville. I will also add that this home was close to everything from old standby like Cracker Barrel to new restaurants and the wonderful Crystal Bridge Museum a must see. Our trip was for the majority of events in Fayetteville/Bentonville (this home as in the middle) so the drive was easy and not too far. Definitely will stay again and the amenities are perfect for couples we had 2, a girls weekend (which I plan to do), or families. We didn't need anything because everything was provided. Thanks again for caring and a wonderful stay!
