Very clean. Very outdated stove was scared to use it, but new refrigerator. Coffee pot which is a must for me was an outdated mini pot like in hotels. Bathrooms are outdated as well, but it looks like they are working on it a little at a time, there was a new sink and countertops. No hair dryer either so pack one. The place was very clean and will be really nice if they complete the finished touches.

Clean but needs some attention

Unit seamed clean but a/c in front bedroom was blowing out sometime black onto the bed. Bathrooms both could use a rubber bath mat for tub when showering

Perfect condo for us

Condo was clean and easily to locate. We had good time staying here. Property Manager was very responsive. Price was affordable as well. Highly recommend this place when you travel to Pigeon Forge.

Stayed for a family vacation around Christmas, and this place was perfect. The room was sizeable and had everything you could want at an affordable price. The room has a balcony overlooking the water and the location is perfect for walking or driving around the area. If we plan to return to Pidgeon Forge we already know where we are staying.

Served our purpose

Stayed for a conference in town. Worked well for our purpose. Some parts were a little dated and in need of upgrade or repair but overall comfortable and served our needs. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

Perfect Spot

Condo was excellent! Clean. Spacious. Had everything we could need. Close to The Island, Ole Mill, and about anything you'd want to do in Pigeon Forge. Will definitely stay again.

Great location

Want to start by saying the location was amazing, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. But just some points of note: 1st the photos are not accurate, 2nd the main bathroom had not been swept and the back of the toilet wasn’t wiped off and had dirt on it, the wall near the ceiling has mold on it and there is a ceiling tile pushed up that was kind of creepy. 3rd the second bedroom does not have a king bed like it states in the description , it has a full size. 4th the fireplace didn’t work, the gas isn’t even hooked up. 5th it could use a few more dishes, only a few small pots and pans, if we’d been staying longer we would not have been able to do a lot of cooking. However it was the perfect size in a great location and with a few tweaks would be amazing and overall we would stay there again and we really enjoyed our weekend
