Guests have access to the entire house, which includes spacious 3 furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lovely dining area, a spacious living room, entertainment area, a modern equipped kitchen, and beautiful staircase/hallway area. You will have parking permits for two cars.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
The entire place is fully furnished. It has a full kitchen with amenities, including stainless-steel appliances. The listing is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more.

There are bath towels and extra blankets. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Parking Information:
Please note that you will require a parking permit to park on the street. I do provide two permits per stay, which is good for two cars, which you will need to hang from the rear-view mirror in your car at all times.

Please ensure to return the parking permits where you find it inside the house. A replacement fee of $60 will be charged to your credit card if you forget to return the permits.
