Regarding the shuttle, we deeply regret that it was unavailable during your stay, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As a complimentary amenity offered upon request, unexpected circumstances such as maintenance or staff availability can occasionally impact its operation. To clarify the confusion regarding Outrigger, Honua Kai consists of individually owned condos, and our company is not affiliated with Outrigger. As such, we don’t have access to details regarding their guests' stays, and vise versa. Our team, however, is available via email, phone, text, and in person at our office conveniently located across the street. We operate during standard business hours and have overnight attendants to ensure all guest needs are addressed.
