Gulf Shores, Alabama is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Cramped quarters

The beds were loud and hard. Toiled paper was worse than that at truck stops. Spent a couple hundred on toilet paper paper towels laundry soap ect. Not the room we chose. Was supposed to be comped for having to change rooms last minute and that never happened. I’m nice we arrived at the room we couldn’t even get in. We never received the room key code. 30 minutes later we got the code to get in. The maid left a roll of something ( bedding or towels) on the couch. To much furniture made it feel crowded.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It seems there may have been some miscommunication regarding our room amenities and policies. We strive to provide comfortable accommodations and a pleasant stay for all our guests. Regarding the bedding and toiletries, we do provide a starter pack as part of our standard offerings, and we also advise guests to bring additional supplies for their convenience. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the room change and compensation, we take guest satisfaction seriously, and I'm glad to hear that we were able to provide a refund of over $600. However, I apologize if there was any confusion or delay in the process. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please don't hesitate to reach out to our management team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a better experience in the future.

Do not recommend

We had a 3 kids and 4 adults staying. When we were on the way we got a text saying that someone was coming to replace the stove on Monday. Monday comes and I got a text saying I needed to be there to unlock the door. No one showed up sat around all day. The dryer was leaking water and took 2-3 days to dry clothes. I told them this and they said someone was coming to look at it. No one came. The floors were so dirty it turned our feet black. The pull out bed sheets were stained and gross, hot Cheetos came out of them. The threshold in the back was pulled up. When we were leaving the ceiling was pouring out water all over the bathroom. I called and reported and they said "we will let them know". WiFi was terrible didn't work half the time. The window had no curtain. For the price we paid we could have easily stayed somewhere else that had functional amenities. Pool was nice and the access to the beach was nice but again you can get that other places. There was construction going on while we were there so the stairs are locked and you can't use.
