The rooftop patio is on the third floor and perfect for dinner parties, evening cocktails, and general lounging to soak up the Texas sun! The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We are a short 5 minute walk from the Botanical Gardens, which you can see from our rooftop. The Broadway corridor is a 15 minute walk and has many food options during your stay with us. The Pearl is a 5 minute drive and has everything from food to shops and our gorgeous River Walk!

This is the perfect spot for your group if you want to be close to it all but in a cozy home for when you’re ready to relax. You might never want to leave the house!
