Captains View Villa, Spectacular Ocean front setting, clean and well maintained!

Set atop a sloping hillside with uninterrupted views of the sea and lovely tropical breezes this villa is very clean and well maintained at all times.
Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite full bathroom, one queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one queen bedroom and one king bedroom that share a full bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have sliding doors to the pool patio and great views.

The Kitchen and living area also have great views and access to the pool patio which has a shade sail, hammock, dining table with chairs and loungers. The entire setting is very quiet and captaivating and many guests spend much of there stay enjoying the tranquility of the pool area and sounds of the breaking waves below. Our house keeper will come Mon-Sat whatever days you wish and to tidy up the villa, laundry, dishes, cleaning etc.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the family room. the kitchen and main living space are not but are cooled by the consistent trade winds year round.

Beaches, restaurants and shopping are 5-10 mins away.

Great location, awesome house, and the best Host! We enjoyed it there so much, and the extra info the Host provided about the area, shopping, eating, and sightseeing was really helpful! Could not give a higher rating, the place was exceptional.

Our stay at Captains View Villa in Grenada was nothing short of amazing. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and the views were absolutely breathtaking – the perfect base for trip. Communication throughout was excellent, and any small issues we had were resolved quickly and smoothly. A special mention goes to Julia, the housekeeper, who was fantastic and made our stay feel extra comfortable. Honestly, if I could have stayed forever, I would have. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Grenada!

The property was fantastic and provided a great view of the ocean from a very hospitable home. Phil (owner) was fantastic as we had flight issues due to a strike and were pushed forward four days, and he moved our reservation forward as well to accommodate us - a fantastic move and was very gracious of him to provide this. Julia the onsite Lady was very helpful and called numerous times to ensure we were satisfied and if she could do anything to help. Because they are so helpful I would strongly recommend these people, as well as the home, to others who wish to surety in being hosted by honorable people. You need have no worries in working with Phil & Julia!

Great location and house!!

We had a party of five stay for a week at Captains View Villa and couldn't have been happier! The owners were very attentive and Julia and Billy could not have been nicer. The house and beds were very comfortable and clean. The patio, pool and view is what it is all about. If we were home we were on the patio day or night listening to the waves crashing or watching the stars! The house made for a great vacation.

Awesome Villa! Wonderful contacts!

I stayed at the villa with my adult son and daughter in law. We were thrilled with our stay. The Villa was beautiful, immaculate and very attractive. Julia, the housekeeper, greeted us as we arrived and showed us around. She was friendly and knowledgeable . She also serviced the villa mid stay. She was unintrusive and fast. She made it as clean as when we arrived. Phil, the owner, contacted us several times to make sure our every need was met. He was great to work with - so friendly and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. Back to the Villa - it was exactly as portrayed and pictured in the listing. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was powerful and welcome. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. The pool was perfect and we spent quite a lot of time in it. We actually spent most of our time at the Villa as it was so quiet and relaxing. At the same time, it was only a few minutes drive to grocery stores, beaches, and excellent restaurants. We are already planning our next vacation in Grenada. We hope to stay at Captains View Villa again - fingers crossed it will be available.

The most amazing place on earth!

To summarize our stay at Captain's View will not do it justice. The view is the most spectacular view I have ever seen. You can float in the pool and watch the boats go by. The location is walking distance to the University Club where you have dinner with a view of St. Georges University. It is also just a short Taxi to Grand Anse Beach. Phil is amazing and readily available for all your needs. He set us up with Ryan for our car service who is the BEST on the island. Julie takes care of the day to day in the house and was absolutely wonderful, hidden secret she is a great cook in addition to keeping our space immaculate. If you go you must have her make you some of the traditional meals, her bake & salt fish, fried fish and salad are to die for. There is no better place to stay in my opinion and we will be returning soon. Our adult kids have said they miss "Our Villa" every day since we got home. If only it was ours!

Great rental, awesome host/owner

Very nice Villa in a great location. Amazing water views and centrally located, close to the major attractions. Villa is split into two sides with a nice, small outdoor pool in the middle. Master on one side, and three bedrooms on the other. All bedrooms have nice A/C. But the best thing about the Villa may be the host/owner Phil. He was a pleasure to deal with. I won't stay at a property unless I have a good comfort level with the host/owner, and Phil made me comfortable right away. He didn't have any reviews because he rented through a local agent in the past who retired recently. He took time to answer all my questions as well, and I had plenty! As I am a big vacation planner. He gave me his expert opinion on beaches, waterfalls, restaurants, etc. We had a great vacation and would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Great location, great property, great views. More than enough space for a family. Wonderful pool and outdoor patio for relaxing (hammocks) and dining. Beyond the view from the patio, a very short walk gets you to a point to watch sunset. Kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to prepare meals; also convenient to several restaurants. About 15 minutes to Grand Anse beach (others are closer) and about 15 minutes to airport. Last but not least, the owner is very attentive and addresses any issues quickly. Will definitely stay here again!
