Host needs a course in Commication

Overall the house is fabulous with a few exceptions for the guest. Mind you they knew my check-in date, you would think the Host would ensure everything was ready right? Well after entering my first step was to take my yorkie outside, problem being the grass was taller than him. Next went to wash my face and found one was cloth & one hand towel for my 4 day stay. Now i double checked the closet for more nope. So, I contacted the host and left a message twice, no response at all. What if it was an emergency i thought to myself. So the office opens at 9am, i called not sure who i spoke with, but he was rude & condescending to me. The grass gets cut every 10 days, I responded so you expect me to let my dog use this overgrown yard? He said same guy does his & his yard is ok for his small dogs. Next, inquired about more wash cloths & hand towels, he said should be in the closet. Nope no more,he then informed me there is a free washer, dryer & detergent. This isn't a 5 star hotel. So i checked downstairs in the other bathroom & yes one more washcloth & hand towel for the entire house really. Now let's talk about the used sponge for me to use in the kitchen, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings in multiple rooms, air conditioner not shutting off kept running had to turn on heat as it went to 63 degrees, sink in bathroom needs attention as water builds up & need to vacuum better as dog hair all over. I would have called the host after our first encounter another is futile.
