Like I told you, we had all the bedding and pillows but seems it was stolen from the previous guests. We strive to ensure all sleeping arrangements are properly prepared, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Your comments have been taken seriously, and we’ve reviewed our procedures to ensure complete bedding is available for every confirmed guest moving forward. Regarding the seating, we appreciate you pointing out the discrepancy in the listing. The seats were broken by the previous guest which we ordered for a new living room seat that on the way. We will review the photos and description to ensure they accurately reflect the current setup. We’re also sorry that the air conditioning and washer/dryer did not perform as expected during your stay. We are inspecting these items to make sure they are functioning properly for future guests. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, the shower pressure, and one of the bedroom fans, but we understand those positives did not outweigh the frustrations you experienced.
