Cabin #5 ("The River Otter") sits directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. Step onto your private screened-in porch or simply open the windows, and you'll immediately hear the relaxing sounds of the river rushing below. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and pets looking for a peaceful, authentic White Mountains escape.

**Kitchenette:**

Includes a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils—perfect for quick meals or snacks. Guests also have access to our outdoor charcoal grills, covered picnic areas, and pizza oven (available year-round).

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

Queen-sized bed with a brand-new, medium-firm Helix hospitality mattress, premium pillows, fresh linens, blackout shades, and curtains for restful sleep. (And enjoy nature’s own sound machine—the calming river outside.)

**Bathroom:**

Freshly renovated bathroom featuring new tiled floors, updated vanity, stand-up shower, fresh towels, hand towels, and complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

43" Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) mounted conveniently across from the bed, plus a selection of puzzles and games for your enjoyment. The cabin also features an electric fireplace insert with adjustable heat and realistic flame effects—perfect for relaxing evenings. (Sorry, our original wood-burning fireplace is currently out of order.)
