Beautiful corner unit - 220 m2 / 2,400 ft2 apartment with a 280 degree unobstructed view of Panama City/Pacific Ocean overlooking the Panama Canal, Casco Viejo & Cinta Costera. Views & location don’t get better than this. V shape corner unit with 2 King Bed suites.

The apartment is on the wonderful Avenida Balboa. There is a mini-mart on the corner and a brand new grocery store 3 blocks away. Blazing fast wifi at 500mgbs.

This space is my personal home that I rent while traveling.

The apartment is V shaped with wrap around windows and large balcony on the western wall.

You'll find the apartment is furnished with my personal collection of artwork, a modern / Rustic touch and exotic natural plants. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need.

You'll have the entire apartment space at your disposal including two large pools, two jacuzzis, a dry & Turkish sauna (men/women) fully renovated that give you a luxurious experience while you enjoy the best views of Panama City.

This is a prestigious residential building in a very high end neighborhood where coexistence and respect is paramount. Being discreet is a requirement.
