Exclusive and beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, comfortable and cozy, equipped with 100MB Internet, air conditioning (a.c) both in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms, shower with hot water, top finishes, just head downstairs and you will find everything you need within the PLAZA Lefevre75. Has a beautiful social area, has a swimming pool for children and adults aswell as a playground. We have 24 hour security through sentry boxes and gates with access sensors.

The accommodation
The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Each bedroom, including the living room has large windows that make you be able to appreciate the outside. And the most important thing is that just below the complex you can find the shopping plaza where you will find whatever you are looking for.

It is spacious with 97 mts2. Its social areas are excellent and it has 3 elevators.

Access for guests.
The parking number is 94 on level 3 and you can only use this parking lot. We also have visitor parking.

Other highlights
We have 3 TV's: 1 in the living room and 2 in bedroom 1 and 2 with Netflix.

The host was awesome and available via messaging. The pool was great for dipping but not deep enough for swimming. The location was great for us with a car rental, 10-15 minutes from downtown. The condo faces the street and my compadres found it noisy (single pane glass) horns honking non stop and motorcycles trying to break the land speed record! The beds were comfortable and each room had its own air conditioning. The living room couch is well past its prime, had to sit on a pillow to avoid the hollow and the supports. The security staff were always friendly and helpful Overall a good experience.
