Perfection!

What a property! Great beachfront location. Amazing staff and service. They thought of everything here. Check out the rooftop deck and buy a latte at the cafe cart in the lobby. I heard they are doing a renovation next year too. My room was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Miami Beach!

Beach, Pool & Bikes were disappointing

Pool water was very warm & someone got sick in it on top of that. You get 2 bike rental free for 2 hours each day, but they only had large adult size bikes. Although two beach lounge chairs are provided, you have to pay for the umbrella, which they collect around 5pm. The beach area was very small & full of seaweed. First time on the Atlantic side of Florida & can confirm that I am spoiled with the Gulf side. Unless you walk through the gate to the pool, there is nowhere to wash off the sand out there. The valet area at front door is very small. It can take 15-20 minutes to get your car. It was hard to get in & out when there is more than 3-4 cars there. Beware, the whole Miami area charges 18-20% service fee on all foods, so no need to tip on top of that. We only paid once for that lesson. Bathrooms are extremely small & I am a small person. No room to get ready in there. Supposedly, you can get courtesy water bottles if you ask. We did not know that until I inquired about cost of the water bottles that were in the room. Small glass Evian bottle is 8, large one is 14. We checked in very late, so paid that for the first night. They did provide 100 food & drink credit, which I used to pay for that. Before checking out, I bought snacks from their cafe for the airport with the remaining credit. After checking out, I reviewed the charges & see that the cafe food was listed. I will have to call back to get it credited.
