Welcome to Unit 314!

Don't miss out! This beautifully stunning oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is on the third floor, with elevator access, and is just steps away to the beach! There is a king bed in the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The guest room has bunk beds with one full, one twin, and a twin trundle. The living room chair also converts into a twin bed. There are three TVs and 2 DVD players. This unit comes equipped with a full size washer/dryer. Everything you need is here for you to enjoy your stay!

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control.

GREAT spring break get away

This condo was perfect! The location was great, on the non driving beach (must have with little kids), close to town, and amazing views of the ocean! The condos had comfy furniture and great amenities. My 3 year old appreciated the toys too!!! Condo has a heated pool and a small kiddie pool, perfect for littles!

Nice location. Great host.

Starting off, after booking we decided to add another day. Kate made it easy for us to add that extra day. We got there early, she was kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early. The beach was nice and quiet during the week. They have supplies for you, beach chairs, toys, etc. Very spacious. The people who worked there were kind. The lock was not working. It was resolved quickly, we were given a regular key moments after messaging about the door. I was told we’d get another key the next day. But we didn’t, which was fine. The master bed had some hair on it. I lint rolled it 4 times before the lint roller was hair / speck free. There is a dip in the middle. After the first night my back was hurting for 2 days, but the other beds are a bit more comfortable. They had most of the necessities, but not all you would need in a home. No sponge to wash dishes, or dish soap. Not enough toilet paper. But a lot of towels to use. Books to read. Smart tvs. The pool was nice, hot tub not working. The view from our room was spectacular. This location is close to some groceries, and only a short drive to restaurants. The residents of the condominium were friendly. Overall, we had a wonderful time, the host was very accommodating, great quiet location for a family.

Thank you for the 4 stars Nhi. Glad you enjoyed your stay with us overall. If I may, I'd like to clarify a few things you mentioned in your review. :) We found out recently the master bed was not re-assembled correctly after the new floors were put in. The wooden support slats were not put back allowing the bed to sag. Thankfully this has since been repaired. As for the supplies, in our vacation rental agreement and on unit description, you'll see we only supply a starter roll of TP for each bathroom as well as a bar of soap for each, and 1 kitchen trash bag. All other supplies like sponges, dish soap, paper towels, etc. are to be brought or purchased by guests across the street for your stay. We are hoping to add more supplies in the near future for our oceanfront units. We're so happy you enjoyed our location and heated pool, however, sadly we do NOT have a hot tub. I think you mistook our kiddie pool for a hot tub. Happens all the time. :) We love hosting your family and hope you'll come back to stay with us again next year! Thanks!!
