Great house!

This house was very clean and super cute! There were plenty of bedrooms for 4 adults and three kids. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend. This house does require someone to be able to walk up stairs to get to the living space.

Trash owners

My family and I were travelling to New York from Toronto Canada for a funeral. The owners especially the wife… super rude and unprofessional. We just asked them if they can turn the heat up cause it cold inside and they didn’t want to because the man said that “he didn’t want to ruin the wood in the house because it was an old house” I was there with my mom, dad, two sisters and my two year old baby. The lady said that she’s not turning the heat up because she already did and that we can leave and they will give us out money back… We stayed there for about 8 hours, we basically just slept over and then we had to leave. They gave us an hour to pack up n leave. And never gave us our money back and told vrbo that we offered to leave and some other lies. Why would we want to wake up at 7 in the morning, pack up all of our things with a baby, leave and not get our money back? We we’re supposed to stay there from Friday to Tuesday? The lady was just rude and the husband was upset because he said that we wasted his time and money on his cleaners that he had to pay…? This whole dispute was over them not wanting to turn up the heat for us in the middle of winter??? They even said that “they know how cold it gets in Ontario so the heat is at a good temperature.” I’ve personally never used these types of platforms to stay at, but there were no good hotels in the area. With this experience I would never stay at someone else’s house again. 100% THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER! DON’T BOOK HERE!

Beautiful home, very attentive owner

I brought my two adult sons, and my two grandkids to visit NY for the first time. There were a lot of unknowns with the trip and the one thing I didn't have to worry about was where we were staying. It was perfect, and so accommodating. Clarence went above and beyond to provide information about local restaurants and a few attractions. Great stay, we will absolutely try and stay there again when we visit, if it is available. Thank you again Clarence!

Very Comfortable and Clean

We stayed for a week to be closer to NYU Langone but out of the city. It was about a 30 min drive for us, so perfect. The neighborhood could be a little loud at night (but we are not city dwellers) with cars but otherwise comfortable. Clarence is the best host and quick to respond.
