Boasting fantastic 3rd-floor direct beachfront views from the Living Room and front bedroom and ocean view from second bedroom. 3rd-floor views provide perfect view of the dunes, beach and ocean. The private balcony provides a perfect spot to watch the sun rise and the sun set or sunbath during the day.
Surfline on Jax Beach is just 8 blocks from downtown Jacksonville Beach.
The space
Start and end each day on the private balcony. The updated kitchen comes well-equipped from home cooking with all-new counters and a full suite of efficient appliances, including a dishwasher. Relax in the living area for casual downtime and stream your favorite shows and moves on the sleek smart TV.

Come nightfall, rest assured that a good night's sleep is guaranteed with the condo's central air-conditioning and Hungarian goose-down slumber pillows. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

I was really looking forward to spending some time beachside, and being able to hear the ocean from my bedroom at night. This cute condo did not disappoint. It is clean, well appointed, and cannot be closer to mother ocean. Additionally, the property owner was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again.

As VRBO and ABNB rental rates at Jax Beach are getting ridiculous (hotels are much better options these days), this condo is an exception - it is (more) reasonably priced, very well kept, very clean, with anything needed for a great stay. William was very responsive and a great host. There are beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the storage unit downstairs but also great rental options right on the beach. The beds are small for 2 people, but the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The coffee machine is great. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was delightful. Apartment location is perfect, right on the beach and convenient to anything you could want. Kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable.

Beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. Close to any type of food you may want. JAX beach is a beautiful spot. Dont miss the "Catty Shack" if you make it down, they do great work there. (Not a strip club, it a big cat sanctuary)

The condo was very clean. The host was super easy to contact. The beach was amazing and very easy to get to and the people of Jacksonville Beach are very friendly. This was the third unit that we have stayed in at the Sandpiper and definitely my favorite.

The moment you walk in the door the first thing you see is the stunning view. The unit was very clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and there are plenty of close restaurants as well as nearby shopping. Very easy beach access. I would highly recommend this rental!

Nice quiet beach condo!

My family stayed here for a week and it was great. Amazing view and only a few steps away from the beach. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a nice stay. It’s not an overly commercialized spot so you have to drive to things but not far at all! I had to contact the owner twice for minor questions and he responded very quickly!

A Great 2 month stay.

We spent January and February on the beach in this great condo. The best beds we’ve ever had at a rental. Comfortable everything we needed close to great restaurants lots of happy hours nearby close to Amelia Island in the St. John’s ferry. Waking up every morning to the sun rising over the ocean, watching the surfers. We are definitely coming back.

Beautiful place to stay.

We spent a wonderful week at this beach condo. Was worth the amount charged. We enjoyed having the beach entrance right next to the condo and it was handcap accessable. It was nice to have the option of an elevator and stairs. The condo was very clean and up to date. No complaints at all.

Great Condo

This condo is wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The condo is well stocked for anything that you need. We even tried out both beds. They are very comfortable. My husband loved the pillows and said he has already ordered a pillow for home. We will be back soon.

Beachfront Comfort

Perfect. The condo faces the ocean for amazing sunrises. The furniture was comfortable for our 2 month stay. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of all our other rentals. William furnished the condo with everyone we might need. We went walking every day on the boardwalk. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. A Tea Room nearby. Close to Botanical Gardens, Jacksonville Performing Arts Center and not far from Amelia Island. We are definitely going back.

Recovering by the ocean

I had to have a surgical procedure out of town, in Jacksonville. I searched multiple listings and found this property. It was such a relaxing and cozy space to recoup. The beachfront and water views were great. The location was good and I was able to get walks in to the various restaurants , parks, and the pier. The owner has taken such extra steps to make sure your needs are meet and that you feel at home. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again.

Sandpiper Condo is 3 blocks away from one of the best restaurants in Jacksonville Beach - Eleven South. Sandpiper Condo is just 8 blocks south of downtown Jacksonville Beach that provides shopping, dining and nightlife. Whole Foods market is just south on 3rd Street "A1A". Mayo Clinic is just 3 miles away over the Intercoastal Waterway.

This condo is situated on the 3rd floor and perfect height to enjoy the dunes, sand and ocean - not to high and not too low. This condo also is situated on the Northeast Corner and away from any car parking/turnaround and is very quiet.
