Situated on 1.5 acres, guests enjoy plenty of outdoor space including large, wraparound front porch with swing and rockers, and a spacious screened porch for lounging and dining. We have paid every attention to detail in our home, with new hardwood flooring, completely renovated interior space, and have professionally decorated every room in our home. New hardscaping and landscaping add perfect sophistication to our grounds and welcomes you when you arrive. We have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including one king and three queens. The bedrooms offer luxury bedding including Peacock Alley and PineCone Hill for that luxury hotel feel. Our kitchen will inspire those who cook and be admired by those who prefer to dine out. Dining for six or more at our dining table or step outside on the screened porch just feet away and dine with four. The kitchen offers new marble counters, huge kitchen island, stainless appliances, five burner KitchenAid gas range, plenty of pots/pans/gadgets and plenty of dish ware, serve ware, and silverware. It is equipped with two full sized coffee pots and Keurig, including coffee and fixings! Our home has Internet, live-streaming capabilities including access to Hulu and Prime.
*Please note that our guest cottage (Hart Cottage) is also on our property and will also be occupied with guests. You will share a driveway with our Cottage guests, so courtesy and kindness are essential 😊 Please note you will be allowed maximum of 2 cars with covered parking. Our House Rules prohibit pets, smoking, parties, events, or gatherings. A maximum number of occupants is eight. For added security for all, our exterior has video surveillance.
