Rushing River Lodge is located directly on the Toccoa River in the highly sought after Aska Adventure area. Walk directly out the back door for full access to the Toccoa River where you can enjoy some of the best activities that Blue Ride has to offer: tubing down the river, kayaking, fly fishing, or just relaxing next to the rushing river. This cabin is complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with ample exterior and interior living space.

From the sun-filled open-concept indoor living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows to the outdoor living areas, it's the perfect place for a family or group of friends. There won't be a part of this tranquil home that you will not fall in love with.

The massive wrap around deck is perfect for relaxing with a book outside or snuggling up by the riverside fire pit. The fire pit is the perfect place to roast marshmallows while listening to the sounds of the Toccoa River.

DRIVE TO CABIN:
– Easy access to the property. All roads to the property are paved as well as the driveway leading up to the house.

PARKING: Garage is closed off from guest use. Guests are able to park anywhere in the driveway.

HOUSE RULES: Absolutely no parties or smoking allowed. If there is any smoking in the property, there will be a $500 charge. Must be 23 to book.

OUTDOOR HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am

GREAT FOR REMOTE WORK: complimentary WiFi & ample working space on large dining room table or countertop bar

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire house to yourself to enjoy except for a small owner's closet located in the guest bedroom with the bunk beds as well as the garage.

STARTER KITS:
For your stay, we'll include starter kits with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash in every bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Guests will be responsible for replenishing them after they run out.

PETS: Absolutely no pets allowed. Owners are highly allergic

SUITABILITY: The property includes several exterior steps on the porches and two steps down into the living room. There is one step leading up to the front door.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
– We do not supply firewood for your stay but can buy some at the local general store less than 5 minutes from the property.
